After receiving my degree in Telecommunicative Arts in 1971, I am nearing a 50 year journey as a cinematography, photography, video and editing professional. My first real gig was in Keflavik, Iceland, creating public relations materials and managing a small broadcast facility for the U.S. Air Force. The ensuing years led to extraordinary experiences in broadcast television, corporate marketing, training and communication, public relations, public service. and digital media for print and the web. I’ve been fortunate to be involved with producing media for interactive learning systems, computer based training, interactive video, and streaming media for web based, long distance learning systems. However, my passion for photography was rekindled with the introduction of high quality DSLR and HD cameras.
I have strong skills in the acquisition of digital media formats, video editing and media composting, and extensive experience creating QuickTime virtual movies for web applications. Today's media is a myriad of acquired production expertise.
The demands of media production require the ability to wear many hats. While producing and directing independent projects, I am also proud of my partnerships with many outstanding professionals, creative teams who have won local, regional, national and international recognition.
My primary goal is to provide clients the high quality media required to produce credible and effective presentations.
